Bank regulatory capital reached 87,411 BYR bil in fourth quarter of 2016 in Belarus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.96 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank regulatory capital in Belarus reached an all time high of 87,411 BYR bil in fourth quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 17,633 BYR bil in fourth quarter of 2010. When compared to Belarus's main peers, bank regulatory capital in Lithuania amounted to 1.88 LTL bil, 163 PLN bil in Poland, 9,387 RUB bil in Russia and 110 UAH bil in Ukraine in fourth quarter of 2016.
