Historically, the bank’s net interest margin reached an all time high of 5.50% in 4Q2011 and an all time low of 2.68% in 4Q2019. The average margin in the last six quarters amounted to 3.17%.
Average asset yield was 8.09% in 4Q2019, down from 9.61% when compared to the same period last year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 5.85% in 4Q2019, down from 6.50%.
