Bank tier 1 ratio reached 14.9 % in third quarter of 2019 in Singapore, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.837 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank tier 1 ratio in Singapore reached an all time high of 15.5 % in fourth quarter of 2010 and an all time low of 11.5 % in fourth quarter of 2008. When compared to Singapore's main peers, bank tier 1 ratio in Indonesia amounted to 21.7 %, 14.4 % in Malaysia and 14.1 % in Philippines in third quarter of 2019.
