Banka Celje's capital adequacy ratio reached 18.2% at the end of 2014, up from 2.49% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 18.2% in 2014 and an all time low of 2.49% in 2013.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 18.2% at the end of 2014, up from 1.79% compared to a year earlier.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 70.9% at the end of 2014, down from 96.9% when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 107%.

Comparing Banka Celje with its closest peers, Nova Ljubljanska banka ended the year 2014 with a capital adequacy ratio at 17.6% and loans to deposits of 75.0%, NKBM Group with 23.3% and 62.4% respectively and SKB Banka some 16.4% in terms of capital adequacy and 103% of loans to deposits at the end of 2014.
