Banks' risk-weighted assets reached 188 EUR bil in second quarter of 2016 in Greece, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.3 % less than in the previous quarter.

Historically, banks' risk-weighted assets in Greece reached an all time high of 245 EUR bil in second quarter of 2010 and an all time low of 188 EUR bil in second quarter of 2016. When compared to Greece's main peers, banks' risk-weighted assets in Albania amounted to 853 ALL bil, 50.1 BGN bil in Bulgaria, 312 MKD bil in Macedonia and 2,062 TRY bil in Turkey in second quarter of 2016.
