Banks' risk-weighted assets reached 88,969 INR bil in fourth quarter of 2016 in India, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.586 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, banks' risk-weighted assets in India reached an all time high of 88,969 INR bil in fourth quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 33,336 INR bil in first quarter of 2009. When compared to India's main peers, banks' risk-weighted assets in China amounted to 111,028 CNY bil and 7,620 PKR bil in Pakistan in fourth quarter of 2016.
