Banks' risk-weighted assets reached 734 MUR bil in second quarter of 2016 in Mauritius, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.82 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, banks' risk-weighted assets in Mauritius reached an all time high of 763 MUR bil in first quarter of 2015 and an all time low of 348 MUR bil in first quarter of 2009. When compared to Mauritius's main peers, banks' risk-weighted assets in Comoros amounted to 67.8 KMF bil, 21.7 MVR bil in Maldives and 7.72 SCR bil in Seychelles in second quarter of 2016.
