Historically, finished cement production in Italy reached an all time high of 47,400 kt in 2006 and an all time low of 20,913 kt in 2014. When compared to Italy's main peers, finished cement production in Austria amounted to 4,176 kt, 15,597 kt in France, 706 kt in Slovenia and 4,219 kt in Switzerland in 2015.
