CIB Bank's capital adequacy ratio reached 24.1% at the end of 2017, up from 21.8% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 24.1% in 2017 and an all time low of 9.20% in 2008.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 23.3% at the end of 2017, up from 20.9% compared to a year earlier.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 64.0% at the end of 2017, down from 65.1% when compared to the previous year.

When compared to bank's main peers, OTP Group ended the year 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 14.6% and loans to deposits of 75.1% and MKB Bank with 15.7% and 55.8% respectively.
