Corporate loans reached 7,907 UGX bil in fourth quarter of 2016 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.75 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, corporate loans in Uganda reached an all time high of 7,935 UGX bil in third quarter of 2015 and an all time low of 1,277 UGX bil in second quarter of 2009. When compared to Uganda's main peers, corporate loans in Kenya amounted to 1,609 KES bil and 701 RWF bil in Rwanda in fourth quarter of 2016.
