Corporate loans rose 6.93% to LTL 32.5 bil in Lithuania in 2017, according to the National Central Bank.
Historically, corporate loans in Lithuania reached an all time high of LTL 39.3 bil in 2008 and an all time low of LTL 1.83 bil in 1993. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, corporate loans in Belarus amounted to BYR 299,462 bil, EUR 6.95 bil in Estonia, LVL 6.63 bil in Latvia and RUB 27,187 bil in Russia in 2017.
Lithuania has been ranked 67th within the group of 91 countries we follow in terms of corporate loans, 20 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
