CSOB's loans reached CZK 587,380 mil in the fourth quarter of 2017, down from CZK 594,313 mil when compared to the previous quarter and up from CZK 547,078 mil when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CZK 594,313 mil in 3Q2017 and an all time low of CZK 291,100 mil in 3Q2006.

In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 5.81%.

At the end of fourth quarter of 2017, CSOB's loans accounted for 77.7% of total deposits and 44.0% of total assets.

Mortgage loans represented 48.1% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 4Q2017, consumer further 4.78% and corporate loans 32.5% of total loans.
