CSOB made a net profit of CZK 3,983 mil in the fourth quarter of 2017, up 25.7% when compared to the same period of last year. This implies a return on equity of 17.3%.

When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated a net profit of CZK 2,906 mil with ROE of 9.69% in 4Q2017, Komercni Banka netted CZK 3,705 mil(ROE of 14.9%) and MONETA Money Bank announced a net profit of CZK 804 mil implying ROE of 12.7%.
