CSOB Slovakia's retail loans reached EUR 4,216 mil at the end of 2017, up 10.0% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 0%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 64.1% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans rose 12.0% to EUR 3,004 mil in 2017 and accounted for 71.2% of the retail loan portfolio.
