DNB's capital adequacy ratio reached 19.9% at the end of 2018, down from 20.0% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 20.0% in 2017 and an all time low of 9.50% in 2008.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 17.7% at the end of 2018, down from 17.9% compared to a year earlier.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 173% at the end of 2018, up from 159% when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 200%.
