Electricity production from hydro sources reached 573 GWh in 2017 in Lithuania, according to World Bank / EIA. This is 26.2 % more than in the previous year.

Historically, electricity production from hydro sources in Lithuania reached an all time high of 573 GWh in 2017 and an all time low of 295 GWh in 1997. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, electricity production from hydro sources in Belarus amounted to 223 GWh, 29.6 GWh in Estonia, 4,368 GWh in Latvia and 183,282 GWh in Russia in 2017.
