Female police officers as a share of all police officers rose 13.7% to 16.5% in Iceland in 2015, according to the United Nations.

Historically, female police officers as a share of all police officers in Iceland reached an all time high of 16.5% in 2015 and an all time low of 11.5% in 2011.

Iceland has been ranked 24th within the group of 48 countries we follow in terms of female police officers as a share of all police officers, 24 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
