Historically, fixed lines per household in Sweden reached an all time high of 156% in 1991 and an all time low of 57.7% in 2017. When compared to Sweden's main peers, fixed lines per household in Denmark amounted to 54.1%, 14.2% in Finland, 30.7% in Norway and 59.4% in Russia in 2017.
Sweden has been ranked 52nd within the group of 103 countries we follow in terms of fixed lines per household, 28 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
