Foreign trade in services as a share of GDP reached 18.1 % in 2017 in East Timor, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 33.3 % less than in the previous year.

Historically, foreign trade in services as a share of GDP in East Timor reached an all time high of 27.6 % in 2010 and an all time low of 10.0 % in 2006.
