Based on a comparison of 55 countries in 2013, Ireland ranked the highest in non-life insurance reserves as a percentage of GDP with 19.7% followed by Luxembourg and Malta. On the other end of the scale was Tajikistan with 0.123%, Peru with 0.345% and Kazakhstan with 0.383%.
