Hypotecni Banka made a net profit of CZK 2,483 mil under revenues of CZK 3,851 mil in 2022, up 68.0% and 83.4% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of CZK 3,206 mil in 2016 and an all time low of CZK -355 mil in 1997. The average profit in the last five years amounted to CZK 2,065 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of CZK 5,172 mil in 2014 and an all time low of CZK 19.3 mil in 1997. The average revenues in the last five years reached CZK 3,365 mil.
Comparing Hypotecni Banka with its closest peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated a net profit of CZK 20,188 mil with revenues of CZK 49,875 mil in 2022, CSOB netted CZK 14,571 mil (revenues of CZK 40,474 mil) and Komercni Banka announced a net profit of CZK 17,838 mil (revenues of CZK 38,632 mil).
