Citigroup made a net profit of USD 4,710 mil under revenues of USD 18,576 mil in the first quarter of 2019, up 1.95% and down 1.57% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of USD 7,143 mil in 3Q2005 and an all time low of USD -18,893 mil in 4Q2017. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to USD 644 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of USD 29,969 mil in 2Q2009 and an all time low of USD 5,405 mil in 4Q2009. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached USD 18,156 mil.
