Historically, expenditure of international tourism as a percentage of total imports in Czechia reached an all time high of 10.1% in 1996 and an all time low of 2.24% in 2020. When compared to Czechia's main peers, expenditure of international tourism as a percentage of total imports in Austria amounted to 2.62%, 1.10% in Hungary, 1.87% in Poland and 1.46% in Slovakia in 2020.
