Historically, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in Russia reached an all time high of 8.26% in 1992 and an all time low of 3.66% in 1997. When compared to Russia's main peers, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in China amounted to 15.4%, 5.22% in Germany, 6.26% in Japan and 41.7% in USA in 2015.
