Komercni Banka's retail loans reached CZK 406,100 mil at the end of 2023, up 4.45% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 6.40%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 48.7% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2023.
Mortgage loans rose 4.21% to CZK 368,900 mil in 2023 and accounted for 90.8% of the retail loan portfolio.
