Mortgage loans reached 391 PLN bil in fourth quarter of 2017 in Poland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.05 % less than in the previous quarter.

Historically, mortgage loans in Poland reached an all time high of 397 PLN bil in fourth quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 194 PLN bil in fourth quarter of 2008.
