Mortgage loans fell 26.6% yoy to KZT 222 bil in Kazakhstan in 4Q2016, according to the National Central Bank. This is 24.2% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of KZT 1,602 bil in 2Q2009 and an all time low of KZT 222 bil in 4Q2016.
