Mortgage loans rose 5.80% yoy to THB 2,115 bil in Thailand in 1Q2018, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.06% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Thailand reached an all time high of THB 2,115 bil in 1Q2018 and an all time low of THB 619 bil in 1Q2006.
