Mortgage loans reached 1,008 EUR bil in third quarter of 2016 in Germany, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.14 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, mortgage loans in Germany reached an all time high of 1,010 EUR bil in fourth quarter of 2015 and an all time low of 902 EUR bil in second quarter of 2010.
