Non-performing loans reached 1,932 RUB bil in fourth quarter of 2009 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 25.4 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, non-performing loans in Russia reached an all time high of 5,323 RUB bil in second quarter of 2016 and an all time low of 768 RUB bil in fourth quarter of 2008.
