Non-performing loans reached 81,764 IDR bil in third quarter of 2014 in Indonesia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 8.53 % more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, non-performing loans in Indonesia reached an all time high of 133,678 IDR bil in second quarter of 2017 and an all time low of 47,797 IDR bil in fourth quarter of 2011. When compared to Indonesia's main peers, non-performing loans in Australia amounted to 28.1 AUD bil, 23.1 MYR bil in Malaysia and 109 PHP bil in Philippines in third quarter of 2014.
