Number of passenger cars rose 18.6% to 0.673 mil in Sri Lanka in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of passenger cars in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 0.673 mil in 2015 and an all time low of 0.370 mil in 2005.

Sri Lanka has been ranked 88th within the group of 137 countries we follow in terms of number of passenger cars, 5 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
