Number of prisoners reached 7,447 persons in 2015 in Trinidad and Tobago, according to the United Nations. This is 120 % more than in the previous year.

Historically, number of prisoners in Trinidad and Tobago reached an all time high of 7,447 persons in 2015 and an all time low of 3,379 persons in 2014.
