Philippine National Bank generated total banking revenues of PHP 12,218 mil in the third quarter of 2019, up 18.3% when compared to the same period of last year and 22.6% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of PHP 12,218 mil in 3Q2019 and an all time low of PHP 795 mil in 1Q2001. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to PHP 9,847 mil.
Net interest income represented 71.0% of total revenues, fee income contributed 8.22% and other non-interest income added further 20.8% to the overall revenue generation in 3Q2019.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 4.14% total assets in the third quarter of 2019, down from 4.54% a year earlier.
