Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's retail loans reached BGN 328 mil at the end of 2017, up 13.8% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to -4.56%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 22.9% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans fell 2.51% to BGN 211 mil in 2017 and accounted for 64.4% of the retail loan portfolio.
