Piraeus Bank Romania generated total banking revenues of RON 329 mil in 2017, down 2.49% compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of RON 945 mil in 2010 and an all time low of RON 69.5 mil in 2005. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to RON 423 mil.
Net interest income represented 50.8% of total revenues, fee income contributed 35.6% and other non-interest income added further 13.6% to the overall revenue generation in 2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 5.11% total assets in 2017, down from 5.15% a year earlier.
