PKO BP made a net profit of PLN 820 mil under revenues of PLN 3,120 mil in the fourth quarter of 2017, up 38.2% and 12.5% respectively when compared to the same period last year.

Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of PLN 1,017 mil in 3Q2011 and an all time low of PLN 306 mil in 4Q2004. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to PLN 744 mil.

On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of PLN 3,120 mil in 4Q2017 and an all time low of PLN 1,368 mil in 3Q2004. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached PLN 2,942 mil.

When compared to bank's main peers, Bank Zachodni WBK generated a quarterly net profit of PLN 549 mil with revenues of PLN 1,980 mil in 4Q2017, Pekao SA netted PLN 1,054 mil (revenues of PLN 2,022 mil) and ING Bank Slaski announced a net profit of PLN 367 mil (revenues of PLN 1,222 mil).
