Price for a pack of 20 cigarettes rose 11.5% to MNT 3,400 in Mongolia in 2016, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, price for a pack of 20 cigarettes in Mongolia reached an all time high of MNT 3,400 in 2016 and an all time low of MNT 500 in 2008. When compared to Mongolia's main peers, price for a pack of 20 cigarettes in China amounted to CNY 10.0 , KZT 290 in Kazakhstan, KGS 55.0 in Kyrgyzstan and RUB 105 in Russia in 2016.
