Price of Cigarettes (As % of Average U.S. Price) rose 10.5% to 139% in Bahamas in 2016

Price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price rose 10.5% to 139% in Bahamas in 2016, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price in Bahamas reached an all time high of 139% in 2016 and an all time low of 47.0% in 2010. When compared to Bahamas's main peers, price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price in Cuba amounted to 109%, 50.7% in Dominican Republic, 20.5% in Haiti and 100% in USA in 2016.
