Production of motor vehicles fell 24.4% to 3,742 thousand in Germany in 2020, according to ACEA.
Historically, production of motor vehicles in Germany reached an all time high of 6,311 thousand in 2011 and an all time low of 3,742 thousand in 2020. When compared to Germany's main peers, production of motor vehicles in Austria amounted to 105 thousand, 267 thousand in Belgium, 1,316 thousand in France and 451 thousand in Poland in 2020.
Germany has been ranked 4th within the group of 49 countries we follow in terms of production of motor vehicles.
