Promsvyazbank's capital adequacy ratio reached 13.5% at the end of 2018, up from compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.8% in 2004 and an all time low of 13.1% in 2008.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 13.5% at the end of 2018, up from compared to a year earlier.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 54.4% at the end of 2018, up from when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 131%.

Comparing Promsvyazbank with its closest peers, Sberbank ended the year 2018 with a capital adequacy ratio at 12.4% and loans to deposits of 93.7%, VTB Bank with 13.5% and 103% respectively and Alfa Bank some 18.2% in terms of capital adequacy and 92.5% of loans to deposits at the end of 2018.
