Raiffeisen Bank International's capital adequacy ratio reached 17.8% at the end of second quarter of 2019, down from 18.0% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 18.2% in 4Q2018 and an all time low of 14.8% in 1Q2015.
