Raiffeisen Bank Romania generated total banking revenues of RON 2,127 mil in 2017, down 2.11% when compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of RON 2,172 mil in 2016 and an all time low of RON 191 mil in 2002. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to RON 2,090 mil.
Net interest income represented 55.4% of total revenues, fee income contributed 27.6% and other non-interest income added further 14.9% to the overall revenue generation in 2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 5.78% total assets in 2017, down from 6.49% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, Banca Commerciala Romana generated total revenues of 4.07% of assets in 2017, BRD Groupe Societe Generale operated with 5.07% revenue margin and Banca Transilvania produced total income worth 4.96% of assets.
