Raiffeisen Stavebni Sporitelna's capital adequacy ratio reached 16.0% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, down from 16.6% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 17.5% in 1Q2004 and an all time low of 9.23% in 1Q2007.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 16.0% at the end of fourth quarter of 2017, down from 16.1% compared to the same period of last year and down from 16.6% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 68.0% at the end of 4Q2017, up from 64.0% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 37.7%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceskomoravska Stavebni Sporitelna ended the fourth quarter of 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 20.5% and loans to deposits of 83.0%, Modra Pyramida Stavebni Sporitelna with 20.4% and 68.2% respectively and Stavebni Sporitelna Ceske Sporitelny some 17.8% in terms of capital adequacy and 56.5% of loans to deposits at the end of the fourth quarter of 2017.
