Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria's retail loans reached BGN 1,856 mil at the end of 2017, up 11.9% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 12.4%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 42.0% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans rose 4.72% to BGN 823 mil in 2017 and accounted for 44.3% of the retail loan portfolio.
