Sales of cars as a share of worldwide production rose 34.5% to 0.094% in Ukraine in 2016, according to ACEA.
Historically, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 1.20% in 2008 and an all time low of 0.070% in 2015. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Poland amounted to 0.599%, 0.166% in Romania and 1.78% in Russia in 2016.
Ukraine has been ranked 57th within the group of 139 countries we follow in terms of sales of cars as a share of worldwide production, 34 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
