Sales of passenger cars fell 26.9% yoy to 14.9 thousand in Norway in June 2022, according to ACEA. This is 29.2% more than in the previous month.

Historically, sales of passenger cars in Norway reached an all time high of 20.6 thousand in December 2020 and an all time low of 2.98 thousand in December 1991. When compared to Norway's main peers, sales of passenger cars in Denmark amounted to 14.8 thousand, 7.40 thousand in Finland, 2.49 thousand in Iceland and 26.1 thousand in Sweden in June 2022.
