Sales of passenger cars rose 7.94% yoy to 1,050 thousand in the European Union in September 2022, according to ACEA. This is 40.2% more than in the previous month.

Historically, sales of passenger cars in the European Union reached an all time high of 1,937 thousand in March 2017 and an all time low of 292 thousand in April 2020.
