Sales of passenger cars rose 92.0% yoy to 39.5 thousand in Norway in December 2022, according to ACEA. This is 102% more than in the previous month.

Historically, sales of passenger cars in Norway reached an all time high of 39.5 thousand in December 2022 and an all time low of 2.98 thousand in December 1991. When compared to Norway's main peers, sales of passenger cars in Denmark amounted to 15.2 thousand, 6.19 thousand in Finland, 1.46 thousand in Iceland and 35.5 thousand in Sweden in December 2022.
