Historically, share of population using internet in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 46.8% in 2016 and an all time low of 0.484% in 2000. When compared to Uzbekistan's main peers, share of population using internet in Kazakhstan amounted to 74.6%, 34.5% in Kyrgyzstan, 20.5% in Tajikistan and 18.0% in Turkmenistan in 2016.
